If you are not a registered parishioner or need to update your information for church envelopes, please fill out the form below, print it and place it in the collection basket or return it to the Rectory. When you are registered, it is easier for us to take care of your pastoral needs (marriage, baptism, sponsor certificates, funeral arrangements, visitation of the sick, etc.) You can also call the rectory office and register (860)-229-0081.Thank you.
